We offer honest feedback about every house that we show in line with our motto,  “We will not sell you anything that we, ourselves, cannot sell for you again at a later time.” It reinforces our belief that our success is ultimately determined by the legacy we leave with each client we serve. The proof is that over 95% of our business is created through past client referrals … CLIENTS FOR LIFE!
Many buyers do not know that there is a difference between a Client and a Customer, which could have a big impact. A Customer is a buyer who inquires about or schedules a showing on a property they saw online or through other marketing, or someone who comes to an open house.  No true relationship or fiduciary obligation is in effect between a Client and a Realtor.
Only upon creating such a relationship does the Buyer become a Client. What does that mean for you as the Buyer? When you work with a Buyer’s Agent, your Realtor has an obligation to you to deliver full service and act in a fiduciary capacity.

We belive that an educated buyer is a well prepared buyer. We would like to take the time to explain the buying process to you in detail, either via ZOOM or in person in our office, or during our first property visit. During that time, we will share insight about the current market trends.

Step 4 - Your Home Search Starts Online

As your buyer’s agents we have access to all available listings. We link you to our Realtor portal so you will receive frequent and accurate listing updates. You will have a personal listing website with your specific search criteria where you can sort and share listings with others – no need to search listings in old emails.
Everything updates automatically on your web site which saves you time in your search. So, if you see a listing on another web site, please let us know and we will share more details especially why that listing did not show up in our search. We then can add that listing to our buyer tour.

Step 5 - Visiting Properties Together

You may be inclined to only visit open houses. That will give you a disadvantage compared to other buyers that have seen the house during a private showing earlier. Houses that are priced right are still selling after the first weekend. You will feel rushed.
Instead, we would like to take the time to show you around in peace, comment on any red flags, share our knowledge with you. That will give you the opportunity to sleep on your decision. Home buying is a process that may take time.

We promise to point out the “good, bad and the ugly” of every house and share our construction/renovation knowledge with you. We illustrate the home's value through recently sold comperables.
